 This workshop will help you to change your body, to reduce pain, to make your movement easier and of course to awake your body!!

 It will be the first time to organize this kind of workshop, because Eichi Namiki will come to the Netherlands introducing his special methods which is made by himself in Japan. This method has helped people who suffered from chronic pain, and it also helped professional sport players perform better.

 It is furthermore very effective for your mental health, and it also will increase your concentration. 

 Don't you feel better and refreshed after a good time in the gym or exercises?

This means that β-endorphin is secreted in your body by your activities. On the other hand, you might have experienced that you feel exhausted after some exercises, this means that you did it the wrong way, which tired your body.

 He will teach you how to do these exercises in the right way, to feel better afterwards.

Body Awake Labo Japan Method

  β- endorphin arouses the body. By secreting this, it will have an anti-aging effect due to the creation of antioxidants.

Trains singers, company presidents, sport players, dancers, sport instructors, golf players en tennis players.

Coaches top junior tennis players as a physical coach at Big K tennis club.

No. 1 personal fitness trainer at Jexur (Japanese fitness club in Tokyo)
